- In today’s video I will be playing the Ross Bridge course in Birmingham, Alabama! This is part 1 and the front 9. This course is the new longest golf course I’ve ever played! Hope y’all enjoy the vid!!

Just had an idea for a super viral video: set up a lesson with a pro and act terrible at golf and take his tips and slowly have a perfect swing by the end of the lesson
Great advice from Snedeker.
I have no idea why with the PGA tour slumping they do not bring a regular tourney to this place. There has been a senior tour event at Greystone for years which is always the largest turnout for any senior event of the season. A regular PGA stop at Ross Bridge would be a huge bump for the tour. The PGA has like 3 stops in Georgia and god only knows how many in Florida. This is one of the 4 or 5 hardest courses in the world and would be a tremendous tournament. Bring a regular stop to this place in Alabama.

Welcome to Birmingham! We used to play the par 3 course at Oxmoor after work. Fun place.
I played Ross Bridge once. It is, in fact, the longest course in North America from the tips.
If you get the chance to come back and play the rest of the trail, you have to play Fighting Joe in Florence and the Judge course in Montgomery. Both feature par 5 over 710 yards from the tips. Intimidating holes, especially Fighting Joe’s 716 yard par 5
Emerald hills Golf course, Hollywood Florida 7785 yards. Love your videos Zac.

Zac go stay at The Grand in Point Clear Alabama and play Lakewood! They have 2 courses The Magnolia and the Dogwood! Very nice beautiful courses!
If you are still on the RTJ trail you should check out the Judge at Pratville. Long and very tight. Think Ross Bridge was my favorite down there though!
I shot 71 here ....with a 3 putt - you gotta hit it low around here to maximum distance....you have to shape it . This guy will be lucky to break 80 here

Would LOVE to see you play Ballyhack in Roanoke, VA. The course is an absolute treat with some very unique holes. 7,300 from the tips... so not the longest, but definitely a cool course if you're in that area.

Glad to be back! Those are for the bent grass greens to keep them cool/keep the air circulating so they don’t over heat in the middle of the summer
Some courses also use them on greens that get too much shade to prevent fungal growth.

Come to California and let’s play Dragonfly Golf Course. From the tips it’s 8,073 yards. Not as long as these but still decently long. It’s a really fun course out here
Lucky enough to play The reserve at moonlight basin. Big sky, MT. Bryson and those guys made it look easy on “the match.”
That course is on my bucket list for sure!

Highly recommend hitting up RTJ Captiol Hill to play the judge course which is about an hour from Ross bridge!

Longest I have played is Cog hill #4 (Dubsdread) 7554. I did tip it out and shot 90 (twice) I was happy considering I was trying for 89.

Played that site and Oxmoor courses in April this year. Ross Bridge is the longest course Ive ever played. We went around twice that day and had a blast.

Never played more than 7400 yards on a course. I did play a 650 yard par 5 and managed a par.

Mystic Creek El Dorado AR. 7600 from the tips and some of the most severe green complexes I've ever played. 77.6 rating. Rounds on me if you want to come play it!

Zac, have you ever considered a 4 wood instead of the hybrid? Also, Par 4 @ 519 yds for hole 9! longest course is the Links at Rolling Hills (Corning, CA) at 7,600 yds.

I love watching your channel! I have been keeping up for a long time. Looking for long courses to play you need to get out to Albuquerque, NM and play Twin Warriors! Not only is it one of the most beautiful courses in the state to play but it plays 7736 from the tips with a 75.4 rating!
Damn would love to check out this course. Design is next level!

Greens were looking pure. This course looks like it borrowed some cool design elements from famous courses. One of the holes (7 I think?) reminded me of 11 at Augusta.
Greens were absolutely pure and definitely some holes had inspiration from famous holes!
Why don’t you aim more left? You consistently hit it with a fade and missed right every time. Just curious!

Love the vidoes. When your drive is 240 - 250 you cannot play 8200 yards. Everyone behind you will hate you. :)

Every time leaves his irons short. Never goes long, so misses a lot of GIR. Stop trying to be a big man and just hit the right irons.
My longest course I’ve played was fighting Joe in Muscle Shoals. Great content bro. I also love my Ostrch hat. Great material will order more swag.
