I believe they treat her well, otherwise she wouldn't go back after getting a chance to 'escape from the mistreatment' if that had been the case.

Because she got all kinds of offers but returned, this family(especially the wife and husband) must be very good employers because at the end of the day this is a job just like you and I go to work, Rosie goes to work, if your boss pays you well and treats you well you will stay. This is wonderful to see.
