There are still horror games made by Chilla's Arts which we haven't played and Night Delivery is one of them! In this game we play as a deliveryman who works the late night shift. He visits an apartment and has several packages for the people who live there. It seemingly starts out normal, but as you play and interact more with some of the people who live there you find out that something terrible has happened in this place. The game actually deals with a very real and heartfelt story about people with disabilities and how others react to them. It is yet another game where there isn't that much exploring you can do and some of the backtracking can be a bit tedious. But I WILL say that this game arguably has the best jumpscare out of all their released horror games yet. I know it scared the absolute crap out of me when it happened.

The story centers around a young man named Kohei who had recently moved into the building complex but wasn't met with a warm welcome. In fact he was greeted harshly by his neighbors like a stigma because he is disable and on welfare. They looked down on him, cursed, shunned and ostracized him. Kohei was a kind person based on what his mother said throughout the letters she sent him and on how in nicely interacted with his neighbors only to be my by coldness.
He also befriended and took care of a stray dog that ultimately became his dog, the same dog that said he was waiting for new ppl to show up at the end. After the events they has shut down, renamed and renovated the complex and were awaiting new tenets.
Basically Kohei was so distraught and pushed to his limit he ended up killing a few ppl along with himself.. The delivery man basically sees this story unfold before his very eyes, seeing visions of Kohei and the other residents and the notes n other clues left behind.
In another ending you play as the landlord who had been watching everything from his monitors, he wasn't kind to Kohei either. When he went to Kohei's apartment he seen n found that at least two ppl were murdered. Ultimately the landlord became the next victim of Kohei before of course ending himself. This young man was pushed to his breaking point by ppl who judged him solely on his disability and that he was revicing government help, calling him lazy, useless and that he was basically a blight on humanity.
The main moral of the story should be never judge others for the looks or status in life because you can easily find yourself in the same boat.
