Don't forget the greater solo crystals. You can occaisionally get some out of there. I know a lot of people that have an over abundance of them. You can also get 1 or 2 from the objective crystals.
The problem is the amount required to rank up 5*s. I'm not even ranking my 4*s to R3 anymore to save the alphas for 5*s. But still ridiculous absurd the amount 5*s takes to rank up.

It should be more t1a in the side quests, not only in the lower tiers. I have (19) t2a, (4) t5b and only (3) t1a. Btw I am not in an alliance, got tired of it and quit 6 months ago so glory store is not an option for me. I feel like its easier to get t2a than t1a LOL. I do complete the lower tiers of the EQ to get them, but is not enough, and arena is such a drag XD Kabam should add 3 more chapters(?) to the Proving Grounds quest with t1a, t2a and t5b fragments rewards. i try to always do the arena for the t1 alpha and always do the master and heroic difficultys every month. and then buy as much as i need from glory store. so pretty much everything you said lol
You guys are in ccp ...go and ask them why they holding t2 and t1 alpha. They should move to new catalyst by now. Its been long time seeing 6* rank 2 or 3

I had 4t5bc expiring in stash..I planned to R5 2 5* champs I was so happy and than:
My pretty eyes noticed those 3t1a in my inventory
I get 5 t1a per month and that's from completing master and heroic difficulty,I wish they introduce some crystals that has t1a in it.
Try the regular solo crystals
