I’m thinking about applying ECA to look at the localization of digital content by embassies in various host countries’. I am looking at whether they adjust content to fit the local culture (such as cultural context or language). I think ECA might be perfect for this, but I am still reading up on methodologies in case I might find something more fitting. :)
