If the high ground isn't occupied by the enemy team, take it. Always take a position where you can easily shoot the enemy but they can't easily shoot you.
That play between 6:40 and 6:50 was the correct play, you just went a bit too far. When playing against Reinhart there is usually a sweet spot you can stand in which if you shoot him he will have to turn either to you or your team and it can't be blocked both ways. If that spot doesn't exist due to map geometry or good position from rein then the next best thing if to pressure the backline so they aren't healing the rein. Your team will eventually chip away at shield or his HP or the rein gives up space.
First of all!!! You are not playing Bastian you do not do the reverse signal "Bop Bop Bop." when confronted point blank by a Rein in the face. In this scenario you must get a little country twang out the jar and say. "It is what ittt isss." then die like any true Cass that has overextended bc the devs refuse to give him an actual movement ability. Hope this helps you make gold DPS!!
As for the beginning, would stay lowground and fight with ur team rather than go top alone where you would get poked by enemy dps from other highground and you'd LOS both ur supports so you'd eventually have to rotate back to low for heals UNLESS you immediately two-tapped someone on the opposing highground or so, 8/10 times itd be bad to go alone on highground there, seeing as they have rein thats already playing lowground ur team should've all initially went highground i suppose but its qp.
As for a good aimtraining map: VAXTA But I do think a good trick is to try stay near corners so you can poke and hide when necessary. Also, maybe change your crosshair to make it easier to see. It’s good to focus on the crosshair positioning to get used to it. And when possible, take high ground.
