I have learned a lot from you, my brother, and the most beautiful training is in the winter Publish many exercises for us, and the next will be better, God willing
Love it!! ⚽️ These are all great and important drills! The Fall season just ended for my kids sadly. I will be training them through winter at home as well as getting on a men's winter league indoor for myself again. I'm very excited for that. Already getting ready for Spring travel teams too! I will be coaching again in the Spring. I enjoy coaching very much. It's so rewarding to watching this kids progress every season! Last year in Spring my team went undefeated and only lost by 1 in our final championship game. I appreciate all you do!
Hey Michael, loved your video, but I wanted some tips regarding making correct decisions quicker as a winger. Because it it important as an attacker to think your next move fast and execute it properly or else ball is gone and you're benched. I know you are a professional so I think you could give me some helpful tips ❤😊
The more you play the game and expose yourself to pressured match situations, the better your decision making becomes. Making mistakes or wrong decisions is a normal part of the game and key to your development as long as you’re always learning from your decisions. Keep going mate 🤜🤛
hey there mate nowadays most of the people in social media says doing cone drills makes you robotic and instead they do jumping on towel and raising there legs things like that whats your opinion
Not implementing it in the game is what makes it robotics... Cone drills are great measures in making your training precise and perfect. They just guide you. I do use socks sometimes. Take for example weaving in-and- out of 10 cones and afterwards remove the cones and do it in freespace. Gonna be perfect? Don’t mind what other coaches say. Just have it in mind that cones help to guide and perfect your training session!✨️
I prefer to look for the advice of those who have played at a professional/high level for their advice on training. Seeing examples such as Jamal Musiala talk about how pivotal setting up cone drills in his individual training has helped him improve ball control in tight spaces, as well as the hundreds of videos we can see online of professional clubs supplementing their team sessions with unopposed dribbling drills is a great insight into the important of spending that solo time with the ball in addition to match scenarios. Most people talking about how drills don’t work usually are trying to sell some sort of “secret training method”. Just be wise and use your best judgement. If you feel that you’re improving through the drills you’re doing, continue. If you don’t feel any improvements, switch them up or add intensity.
Most people who say that cone drills are bad and towel curls are good are just trying to sell you something most of the time. It's never backed by actual science.
Mike, could you show an example for a gym session ? How often would you recommend how many upper/lower, plyos ? I'm only going to the gym 3 times per week, and now my primary goal is my upper body strength, and plyos n the last day. And what about my lower body ?
Coach, I have sent the Interview questions mail in your Business Mail but still if you can't see it, I can just write down the Interview question in the chat box. So here are the Interview Questions Coach: 1) What are the most important qualities a beginner football player should focus on when starting to learn the game? 2) How should I structure the guidebook so it’s easy for beginners to understand but also valuable for more experienced players? 3) What are the key football techniques or skills you think every player should master early on? 4) From your experience, what are the most common mistakes young footballers make, and how should I address them in my guidebook? 5) What role does mental preparation and mindset play in becoming a better footballer, and how should I address this in the guidebook? 6) In your opinion, how important is proper nutrition for football players, and what dietary advice should I include in the guidebook?
Thank you mate! They’re unbelievably comfortable. Perhaps not quite as responsive as a Mizuno Morelia Neo, because the entire upper of the boot is leather including the heel area. However, you can find these for between 100-150 dollars on sale, so for that price they are very hard to beat.
@@7mlc how are they for AG? I have the Morelia 2 MIJ and felt it was unsuitable. Studs were too long and wide in radius so I was basically running on them. Even on grass they didn't work for me
@@tn7328 Had 1 pair of these lasted me half of the season.. turf eats leather boots fast but very very comfortable and didn't had back or knee pain while playing and after the games/sessions
Hello sir my elbow was dislocated in football now it recover but can you make a video for me and recommend some exercise that i do and become stronger and never happen this again
hello sir i am confused about a thing and i need your view and advice. So i have been using anticipation and pre plannig a lot in football and it also helped me a lot but when it comes to open 1v1s i cannot assure that i will win it i dont feel that confidence and security and i am really good in dribbling but when i depend on anticipation i dont see my dominance but then if i just switch to my instincts at that moment even without performing it and just by sitting and thinking it i can feel my unpredictability and dominance so i am confused wether i play with instincts or by anticipating and pre planning as they both feel useful so,i came up with this thing that i use my anticipation and pre planning to get myself in good positions and to avoid more consumption of time in thinking and giving my time in executions and use my instincts to dribble and beat players.i hope u read this and help me out thank you.
Probably F50 out of those options. But remember, the position you play should have absolutely no influence on your boot choice. Wear whatever fits you comfortably.

Those drills are not hard, but they demand a lot of focus though. Yes, they're 🔥.
Thanks so much Karl!
Hi Michael great session as always, What do you think is the hardest position in football and what team do you support ?
Thanks mate! I support Liverpool. I wouldn’t say there’s a most difficult position.

How vini is not the ballon d'or 😢
Michael is plyometric work is enough to make you agile?
No mate it’s not, you’ll also need to include some change of direction work 👍
Thanks mate
How's the boots Micheal... I'm planning to buy diadora boots but it's my time... Have you played matches in those boots.. can you please tell me?

I’m not sure exactly what you’re asking mate, could you kindly summarise in one/two sentances exactly what your question is?
Is the f50 with laces better or without laces?
With laces 👌
@7mlc thank bro
Nike vapor or nike mercurial superfly or f 50. Which one do you prefer? I play in lw position.
Probably F50 out of those options. But remember, the position you play should have absolutely no influence on your boot choice. Wear whatever fits you comfortably.
