Rigilkent Esclamado Dark Element first, then Water. Bectas > Second area > Second quest (the one with the High Elf), and farm that. It's the least costing dungeon

Shion and Arus are probably the only 2 chances to do this ex.. Arus can be bought for 10/15 gems but Shion's ubb mitigation makes everything easier ;)

You can also use Arus since his UBB also fills OD gauge by 50% and he has direct OD fill on SBB
