i went to the apple store for support.
they asked me if i use my beats flex for workout. yes i do. then they told me that the beats flex are not sweat/moisture proof!
i got new ones but they recommended other ones with the ipx4 standard

I've tried everything and they won't even flash red anymore. Can't turn them on can't connect my iPhone...I just got these a month ago and this already happened...about to return
If your beats flex has dim light/pinkish. Cant turn off or reset by holding volume down and power button. No audible message when trying to turn on or off. Won't connect to Bluetooth. I've found the only solution to help. Simple get into your vehicle and drive to the nearest ocean. Pay boat captain to take you as far out as possible and then remove them from your neck. Hold them over the water and gentle loosen your grip. They are dead ☠️ and you know you don't have the receipt for the warranty you paid for 😂😂😂
