Pantheon is such a strong champ that even Pantheon and Nautilus aren't enough
This isn't a normal game but I ironically think you could learn a lot from this, because it highlights where the punishable mistakes are, and what they did to get prio and advantages.
I feel like a good strategy for enemies would have been double jungle. With no jungle in your team they basically get as much jungle as normal and they can split the map in half and always have a jungle around.

even a fed gold player can 1v9 in gold, with 1v5 the gold players could just split and play safe... with 3 good players, you can have a 1v5 on all lanes and just force the win.

You are wrong, clearly the gold players still lost... Also If you let a challanger play into a gold on lane the single challanger will get the tower faster than 2 golds combined since he is so fed. To not even mention TPs and long range ulties like panth...
