I would have been more impressed if you went from one of the Powerstars. The 8210 is a pervious generation to the Maxxum, the Powerstar range is the Maxxum's competitor. I'm not saying you are drawing a comparison though. And neither am I advocating for the Powerstars, I'm a Maxxum fan myself.
@Dr.Ian-Plect the 8210 was three years old, wasn't a comparison , overcome by next generation stuff is not my thing, ok if you are impressed by flashy lights and fancy switches I guess, was just imparting information, true I like the 5150 but then if you wanted fancy you'd buy a John Deere back, as a working machine my favourite would have been and still would be a county
It's a fiddle but it can be done without splitting or taking the cab off, take the right hand wheel off and there is a plate in the side of the transmission behind the pump.
I drove a 5150, was a ford man before, went from driving and 8210 to the 5150 and found I quite liked it

How do the gears work in this tractor.
Do u stick your range into 4 on the road and use your left stick im geussing ?
solid tractor. Would you know why 5150 lift arms drop over night? and sometimes when working?
It would either be the internal ram seal or through the valve on the r/h side. Under the step.
@dgtagri7038 thank you very much
Is it hard to make a 5130 40kmh as mine is 30kmh
