H P = w (w+R ) . this equation it seem weak , when we do some thing ,the other apreciate our action or idea ,so the other have a great tool to evaluate our action or our idea or our feeling .so all HP based upon three basics bottom .the head of a bottom is the other's evaluation of our action . if our action it have'nt positive results it seem as failure ,if it have some characteristic's it seem as action performant . so : HP = a + i + f = ( w + w+IM ) = evaluation . A : action , i : idea , f : feel = why + what + impact = evaluation
