I prefer Sanur which may not have the youth vibe, but certainly has a great beach, some great warungs and restaurants.without the overcrowded scenes of Canguu and Kuta.
We user Transfer Wise as its got really really good exchange rates! but you can use any New Zealand Visa card here! it's just that not everywhere is going to take card. Still almost a 50/50 cash vs card economy here! SOOOOO many barbers haha. will just have to try a few out to find out you like. I've been lucky and they've all been really good so far for me! normally around 8-10 bucks for a proper cut.
