Insert PIN locked SIM card
Slowly swipe down from the top to get Notification bar
Keep your thumb/finger on notification bar and remove SIM card/slot
Press OK to "SIM card removed message"
Swipe down from the top again and you'll see notification bar WITHOUT SIM card now.
From there you can bypass FRP Watch and follow my video.

I'm on a J700p and GAM installation is saying file is corrupted. Any advice?
It is probably because your phone has Android 7.X/7.X.X and first you need to disable Google Play services and then install bit.ly/frp_unlock, then add your account and then enable Google Play services.
google play store installation for china roam master oppo & huawei
No plan to add these things for now... Maybe in future
