Let me share my experience... I used to work as a lecturer at a private engg college just after completing my post graduation. But we the faculties of the college used to do 'teaching' for around 3-4 months of a year. The rest of the year the management used us as 'call centre employees' with the target of bringing admission to the college and for at the end of the day the 'illiterate' owner of the institution used to sit with all the faculties to take the report of calling of that day along with some 'motivation'!!

It is an open secret; since this is how they make MONEY, no one bothers to change them. Biswanath got axed withing a couple of days after this "monstrosity" was leaked/circulated by him and his wife. You definitely are entitled to believe whatever you prefer and I'd love if my information turns out to be wrong, sadly it isn't.

@bostirchelepocha...akdom thik bolecho...I also faced the same thing in my first job and that too in a city away from my hometown...I got scammed into pursuing a course by one of the leading private banks..I not only lost around 5.5 lakhs but also faced extreme amount of emotional and professional abuse..khali ami akta personal experience share korbo that there was no difference in the treatment of men and women and nobody spoke about it..
HR gulo no 1 liar and kichu policy mane na ....sobai k C Banay...when I tried to fight for myself they made sure to put me through situations where I had to finally resign..rather I was compelled to resign otherwise I would have probably died...

HDFC ruined my career , This is still a very normal Video, In reality they use slangs . I got job in HDFC after my MBA, I was shocked to see how the industry runs, After doing MBA with 12 lakhs from a decent college I got placed in HDFC retail branch banking vertical . My branch manager used to scold me everyday and use slangs and harass me because I was unable to complete targets on daily basis.The first thing after entering the branch there used to be a morning meeting and we were given daily targets of Account opening, FD RD, Life Insurance and other banking products. Since I was unable to do the Branch Manager didn't let us go home until night 9 PM, sometimes even more and HR wouldn't listen to us. My manager even used to make me run to house and offices of customers for account opening. After 5 months I resigned because of mental harassments and torture and was in depression about my career and job after spending 12 lakhs . I am now afraid to join any sales and marketing kind of job because of the toxic culture that I have seen. I don't get any mail from naukri dot com except sales or marketing roles because my career started in Banking. Even if I apply to other non sales jobs They asked me why I just left in just 5 months, It's very hard to explain to others and they think that I am not a suitable candidate for them. My life is stuck, my friend are working in good MNC and getting married and I am still jobless. I have a lot of proof regarding hdfc . It's better to drive an auto on road than to work in HDFC
