My brother in law is 7 feet tall and has trouble with finding automobiles, hotel rooms, hotel beds, hotel bathrooms. I cant imagine being taller than 8 feet and having to deal with a world designed for 5 to 6.5 foot tall people.

His growth resulted from a tumor, so while some muscle training would help, I don't think he is able to build up so much muscle, to eventually move around normally.
