Guys are stronger than girls per weight. A women would need to fight a lighter guy to make it even. Women's MMA is only in its infancy and allot of the fighters are one dimensional such as being good a BJJ or striking. Rousey has a good future but only for about 3-4 years and if she does not adapt her game or is unable to she will find allot of the new fighter coming through that are more well rounded.

Fly weights are just as good as heavy weights. There is a greater chance that poor heavy weights will rely on there weight in a fight but that does not mean there is a real difference. One of my pet hates is people saying light weights do not have KO power very ignorant idea.
