@@ifdmedic7479 Sonia is an absolute beast on stage now. Laura said they worked their butts off the couple of weeks before they played Sweden and this song. I follow all of them on their FB pages, including a couple of Burning Witches fan pages. If you haven't seen it, there is also the complete live show on TH-cam from Sweden. Plus the new song Wings of Steel.

I stumbled on this band by chance a few days ago. You now have a fan in Green Bay Wisconsin. Bringing metal back to the days it really rocked. Nicely done.
Laura is stunning aswell as the whole Band and so she fits perfect It is so much fun to watch this. the Show seems to be a Little bit overloaded ..hopefully they'll go a Little laid-back soon. Thumbs up
I've been thinking "this band can't go on without their singer" before (Tarja Turunen that time), and I won't make the mistake again. We know how things turned out for Nightwish with another dutchwoman stepping in on short notice, and here things look the same. Where do all these awesome Dutch metal ladies come from? Great job Laura, and this is only first try, let's see how she will sound with more routine. I'm looking forward to the next album after yesterdays shock again. Though I'm still missing Seraina and always will probably. :-(
losing a songwriter is more serious than losing the singer, I think. In an interview they stated that the former vocalist and the rhythm guitarist (Romana) write the songs. Not sure who does songwriting now, but the new album Dance With the Devils kicks ass in all directions.
Laura has given a change to the band. Of course not every singer sings in the same way. She’s more soprano and Seraina was more spontaneous and aggressive. Anyway, Burning Witches has one of the best singer, in my honest opinion.
Not the same vibe as Seraina gives me but still a very good job! Laura is a good singer too. I understand there might be too little time for her to practice all those songs. I have high hopes on their new songs. Let’s wait and see！
Yes, but I think the new singer Laura joined the band...maybe 1 one week before this concert. Maybe the have stepped up after this i don't know. I hope to see them again in August if everything goes well with the world.
This is like AC/DC when they had to replace Bon Scott with Brian Johnson.. sure.. we will always miss the original line-up.. but the rebirth of the band may just be more successful.. Laura.. you killed it girl..
Love Burning Witches but I can tell as good as Laura is she can't pull off the this song Hexenhammer and the DIO cover of Holy Diver as good as Seraina

Laura did a kickass job taking over vocals from Seraina. I heard Sonia played a big part in getting her to join the band.

That's because Laura's voice is much weaker than their previous singer. It's all about the looks, I'm afraid.
They really outta get a mic up there for Sonia to sing backup vocals. The background vocals absence was very noticeable in Hexenhammer.
She has a good voice too. I have heard her in some of her own vids just messing around.
