    Rest on the hills is the jog back down. Rest on the 300m and 600m is a 200m jog

    Nick gives out the trainer sock advice then quickly has to come up with a reason he isn`t wearing any. 🤣 Had me in stitches.

    Hobbs is looking in very good shape(same with the other guys), but it’s crazy how Hobbs is only 18. Predicting multiple under 20 US records to be broken by him during this year.(maybe even his own record)

    a 1:30 600m is almost exactly 4:00 per mile pace apparently
    that does not look like 4:00 pace, i would look like that at 6:30 pace probably

    This looks lile a great workout, but without knowing the recovery between the reps it has little to no value

      We do our recoveries by feel. Earliest moment you feel ready to go again and hit the target time.

      It has tons of value. Entertainment value. And that's enough for me.
