Hey Thx for your tipp. I tried to reset the tild motor but nothing has changed after several times. But I discovered something else for that, in case others also did the reset and that didn't change anything. The screw that should keep the MovingHead in position was not properly attached to the swing arm. There is a little hexagon screw. I tightened the screw and then everything worked again. Totally simple but finding the problem is not always easy.
I've never changed out the LEDs, so I cannot tell you yes or no. I believe if the device is rated for 30w LEDs, swapping them out for 60w LEDs could require an upgrade to the internal power supply.
Hey, nice Video! My motor and the movinghead in general still works perfectly fine, however only the blue light doesn't seem to be working. Do you know what I could do? It doesnt seem as if the "light bulbs" itself are broken, it's more like a loose contact. Thanks! :)
Ya know, I had the same problem with two of my 16 LED Par lights. These weren't the scanners presented in this video, but I did find a guy online, (Craigslist), a few years back, who charged me $25.00 to install new LED bulbs, (They each had around 8 to 10 that were out), for that amount. Said that some of the Chinese made LEDs just weren't made correctly. Or went bad due to shoddy workmanship. They just petered out. I still have those lights, but rarely ever use them, anymore. In any case, he physically changed them out. I now use the higher end, non toggle, programmable LED par lights. And the scanners, above. Best I can say is, see if you can get a reliable tech or tinkerer, to have a look see, and see if he can't figure the issue out, and subsequently repair them.
What were the specifications of motor you replaced. How can we replace the same motor from the market. beCAUSE there are lot of models in strpper motor
Mayur, I didn't replace the motor. I reset the motor, by opening it up, and unplugging the power and control cable, (Review the video above), while the unit was being powered by electricity. In unplugging the control cable to the motor, and then replugging it back in, after waiting for 1 minute, it reset itself, and it worked. Be careful not to electrocute yourself, when you take the unit apart, to do the procedure. Good luck.
FIRST: Let it completely dry before ever plugging it into an outlet! Get any and all moisture out of the electronics board / mechanisms. This could take days. You can speed up the process with a hair dryer, but be careful NOT to over heat the electronics. I once had a brand new Yamaha power amplifier get wet in a basement flood. It was still in its original box, so no sewage or sludge entered the device. I took it out of it's box, and placed it in my garage for several summer days. Roughly 10 days, and I let the summer heat dry it all off. This was 15 years ago. It still fully functions, today. There must be no hint of moisture in the device, or the second that you plug it into an outlet, the device will fry out. Good luck.
Did you try what was described in the video? If you did, and it didn't work, I don't know what else that I could recommend, outside of just suggesting that you buy another one.

Agreed. I've also found this issue with more than one of my 6 fixtures. In most cases, this was the issue. Thank you.
Where is this screw? I can't seem to find it.
Thanks for the tips...I'll try it tomorrow. Hope it'll work..🙂
will it be possible to change the board of leds 30w to one of 60w?
does it work?
