    Hello mga inaanak. Salaamt sa panonood at mga comments! Ang naisip ko palang improvement dito ay ang paglalagay ng powdered protein tulad nung ginawa natin sa veggie balls 3 ways. Pwedeng gluten or isolated soy protein para yung binder natin ay "meaty" pa din ang texture at hindi tinapay. Sa susunod, gagawa ako ng version nito pero wala nang asukal para isa sa binders nya is yung maillard na mismo. Yung tusta na. Siguro pwedeng lechon kawali or lechon pero ganto ang style. The possibilities are endless talaga!

    My Lolo was a huge fan. He always asked if may bago ka bang video, at kapag wala ay nirerewatch na lang namin yung mga old videos mo. Pero kahapon, nagpahinga na siya. Kaya sa susunod na pagdalaw namin sa kanya, itong video na ito ang ipeplay ko para kahit marinig man lang niya. Stay safe always Chef! Kahit wala na si Lolo, lagi pa rin kaming manonood sa mga videos mo. 😊

    15:30 - 16:00. One of the reasons why I'm still watching you is because napaka authentic at raw ng content mo. Raw in a sense na hindi finifilter as much as possible. Magkamali man or hindi. Kasi yun naman talaga nangyayari sa totoong buhay. Hindi tulad ng ibang channel, di nila pinapublish kasi hindi perfect. Dun tayo sa malapit sa katotohanan. Good job, Ninong Ry and team!

    Ganda nung ending statement, and very innovative yung pagkakagawa sa classic pork bbq, nakikita ko kasi sa Fb toxicity sa mga gumagawa ng innovative cooking yung mga comments ng mga mema kesyo dapat ganito dapat ganyan kasi ganun yung nakasanayan tapos binabash pa yung content creator.     Nong nacucurious ako sa napapanuod ko sa cooking shows na yung chefs nagtetest ng menu. Bala good idea lalo na from a former chef like you na mapakita sa amin pano nagbuibuild ng menu.. pano yung process from conceptualization until execution and pricing. Labyu Nong

    It can pass as an appetizer for a fine dining, not on the skewer tho. I remember doing this but with Beef or Bison. Served with wild mushrooms and Sweet potato Gnudi and citrus goat cheese mousse. 💯

      I give you +1 about this. Unfortunately, nagkaroon ng imbalance ang ecosystem natin kaya nagkaroon ng pagdami ng lamok na nagsisilbing surplus ng food chain. Not to mention na nag-swarm ang iilan sa maruruming lugar na maaaring sanhi ng mga mosquito-carrying diseases.

    Ninong try niyo i mix in ng rice flour doon sa mix then pressure cooker niyo para may firmness at since rice flour naman hinde naman ganun katapang yung lasa at compliment pa doon sa meat. Naisip ko lang kasi nag luluto ako ng dango tapos gusto ko ng savory dango, tsaka nakita ko upload niyo parang naisip ko na once naimix yung rice flour then pressure cook magkakaroon siya ng firmness na hinde mag kakalas kalas during pag ihaw tsaka pwedeng pwedeng i base ng paulit ulit, sayang lang na wala sa budget atm para bumili ng pork pang bbq baka sa susunod ma try ko

    Ninony Ry baka pwede din ibalot sa alum foil habang inihihaw, para bang inihaw na bangus.. then yung sauce since pinainit mo na din naman sa pan, yun na yung last touch mo once maluto na ang bbq.. para mas masarap yung sauce at mukhang mamantika, add ka ng butter..

    Pork terrine…..we used to make it palaman s toasted brioche pan but not sweet……we used pigs ears or pigs head maskara…..my husband used ths dish as his menu s restaurant…..or at times we i used to make giniling n bbq….its nice……or ang gawa m make it style like embotido…..to steam….in hotdog size…its endless…..or pork balotin dish…..🥰

Baka pwedeng humirit ng content kung ano pwedeng gawin sa mga balat ng baboy na madalas kong tinatanggal sa baboy. Usually ini ipon ko yun at ginagawa kong pork stock,marami akong pinag gagamitan dun.     Idol ry nakakagutom tlga lahat ng luto mo.. Ako din passion ko din magluto idol although hndi ako nag aral ng culinary. Idol subukan mo contakin mo si mark wiens ng thailand para s collaboration nyo idol..Magaling din na food blogger un although hndi sya cook/chef pero mahilig sya sa mga asian food... FOR SURE IDOL SISIKAT KA BUONG ASIA..
