@@FryingMike Yeah, or(e) if you have it in excess selling Nails, I think is the other big money maker, if you want to sell Pals however Relaxasaurus is probalbly the best they sell for about 1,000-1,200 on average you can get tons of them fairly quickly as they more or less completely dominate the spawns in one section of the map and that section convinently also has the Relaxasaurus Lux boss dungeon, there are Pals that sell for more or are easier to get in bulk, but as it stands just decreasing the Relaxasaurus population is the best middle point that I've found, for selling Pals.

1 star level 4 mozzarina makes enough milk for 3 star level 0 chikipi's worth of eggs for cake. I'm now in the process oh leveling my chikipi's. I already have 2, 4 star mozzarinas. You really need them specially for making pizza. Pizza is an EXCELLANT food for your base pals, regardless of job.
i think that i will just go with the drowning in money route. I dont have the brain power to get myself some high level chickens. I already have enough coin from splitting my faming base into a mafia pizza front.
i wanna know what by what is your base and whats its height also how did you form your wheat/berry farm i like to copy the best to the exact possibility so please let me know @unclemumble
Most accurate demonstration/analysis I’ve seen. I can tell you in my literal thousands of egg hatches, I’ve never had lucky appear as a mutation (and I hardly use it overall, so I’d have made note)
How do more people not know about this? You literally have the BEST guides and the one about ore really helped me out Please keep making more great content
Some people like to learn for themselves . Before guides people Played games and had to learn everything via the experience. A feeling you will never experience
@@Tonyscasa op will never experience? Don’t you think it’s quite arrogant of you to say that? It’s not good to assume they never tried to experience things for themselves first but just got stuck with some stuff. Or if they don’t have time to play as much as you but still want to enjoy the other aspects of the game with what effort and time they can allot for the game. Even in rl, you’re not expected to know everything for yourself. Having a mentor is not unacceptable. Experience may be the best teacher, but we’ve all had teachers at different points and aspects in our lives. If you want to experience everything for yourself, then good for you. That’s not wrong. Just as how it’s not wrong to seek “advice” in something you want to be better at. Kudos to the op for seeking guides when they need it to elevate their gaming experience based on how they can play. Everyone has different experiences. It’s not your place to invalidate them. It’s not like they’re cheating
Kimpton's Palworld Breeding Guide is an absolute godsend for plotting out inter-species breeding paths thanks to their experimental path calculator. They've got me going 2-3 couples deep to move traits over to different species in ways that I never would've been able to figure out on my own. Fair warning, though: Pal names are listed alphabetically instead of being sorted by Pal number.
I'd just like to add that after the last update it is now possible to breed Jormuntide Ignis without having to use 2 of them! (The combo is Blazehowl + Jormuntide). 🔥🐉🖤❤
In the past few days I’ve been breeding the perfect Shadowbeak (Active Skill - Dark Whisp) (Passive Skills - Legend, Lord of Underworld, Ferocious, Musclehead) it’s take over 300+ eggs but I finally manage to get the perfect roll. Amazingly I actually got 2 of the perfect rolls (1 male & 1 female) back to back from the same parents. I’ve now level 5 Star on both of them & still have like 150+ Shadowbeaks left over lol. I’m now thinking of breeding these two perfect parents & seeing just how high I can get the stats lol
lol I did this just yesterday too! ended up 4 starring another shadowbeak with perfect iv/traits but no dark wisp. What helped me the most was learning to turn down exp rate to lowest so that parents with dark wisp didnt end up leveling up and getting new skills that could possibly be passed on
After seeing this video idk how I feel about 14 of what I thought were perfect mining base anubis: legend (atk to influence mining), artisan (for handiwork), swift and runner (for gathering). 😢
Note:Any Farm animal will generate items once per minute which is set in stone however if you rank up the partner skill the pal can find up to the number of items that its partner skill level is. The Problem is for each item they drop they go through a 6 second animation. This animation is the only thing influenced by Pal work speed and passive skills. This makes a max condensed farm animal only 2.5x better because of the added 30 seconds if they produce 5 items.
Amazing! Great guide! I like to place my Breeding Farms in clusters of 3. Rotating the 2nd one 90 degrees and the 3rd one 180 degrees, so that they form a triangle and the cake deposit boxes are as close to each other as possible. I like to use wooden floors above where the eggs are laid, and above my storage chests, so I can quickly identify where I need to aim my grapple gun when overweight 🤣 You can align your palbox on a 2x2 foundation square, so that you can surround the 2x2 with triangle walls. This pals can not cross triangle walls, but you can walk through the gaps freely. I find it convenient to setup the cage when summoning pals you want to carry to the Breeding Farms, so they are trapped and can't run from you after you summon them.
That different foundation/roof technique would probably be pretty handy to a lot of folks, I know I'm gonna invest in it in my bases when I finish getting to LVL 50 and start working out where bases are gonna go permanently/layouts
Great video! My only complaint is at 19:40-20:02. I would say "breeding up" the traits from common Pals is WAY more efficient(especially if you're not skipping incubation time). Common eggs incubate FAST and the Pals themselves spawn in higher quantities, thus it's easier to hunt for desired traits in the first place. Trying to pray to RNG-esus AND dealing with Rare+ eggs is a big time waster. This is just my anecdote but getting a "perfect" Chikipi or Lamball or Pengullet or Lifmunk and just breeding up with an "empty" Pal with no traits(so 4+0) has worked so incredibly well so consistently that it's been hard to relate to others struggling with breeding their perfect Pals
This is actually a really good point, thank you for this! It's definitely easier to farm traits from pals with faster hatching eggs then transfer them into your desired end pal assuming the steps to get there are reasonably short. For honest playthroughs this is a solid consideration to take into account. Also as they may be passable to more possible end target pals
I breed alot and I thought it was tough but then the IV glasses made it 2 or three times harder but I'm dedicated 20 100/100/100 jetragons with divine dragon muscle head ferousious legend 10 astegons the same 10 blazeamut same but fire for the second faze of bellanior ultra
I heard that stacking wheat/berry plantations on top of each other is possible, if you make use of some benches. That could help you save on space quite a bit when you have t oplan out the production for those. 1 pile of 5 wheat, 1 pile of 5 berry plantation, and they only take up the place for 1-1 of each, horizontally, while pals can reach all 5 on top of each other. I'd also recommend adding a Wumpo to bases that produce a ton of materials, as they're really nice material delivery experts. Alternatively Helzephyrs, as they work through the nights too.
Came here to learn how to *efficiently* base for farming/breeding. Left with good knowledge; reverted back to peasant breeding and farming due to laziness. Am I a masochist?
at 4:41 you mention workaholic, but chikipi, beegarde, mozarina do not benefit from that, grazing on the ranch restores SAN, so it is not needed, go for swift, runner, nimble, legend, diet lover, but for other tasks you are correct.
Ore is too precious to sell, considering how difficult it is to collect. I would prefer to make a thousand basic Pal Spheres, and then sell them all at 12gp a Sphere. Stone is infinite and free in-base.
I don't need a heater in my base to get eggs to 100%, I just put down a cook fire and a ring of hatchers around it. If your base is colder than mine, throw down another cook fire
I noticed that breeding Parent A to have 2/4 desired traits and 0 undesired traits, then parent b also being 2/4 but with the other half of the desired traits that was the most effective way to combine them into a 4/4 roll.
Pro tip: a pals Cooling level does in fact affect how well a refrigerator or cooler box works, I believe it's 100 minutes every level, so a Frostalion (level 4) have 400min decay timer on food, while a Chillet (level 1) has a 100 minute timer :)
Holy crap, last time i had to learn such a complex shit about a game it was an Eve Online. Exceptional work Uncle on this video. Would have to rewatch this video a couple of times even thou i'am at lvl 37 and already know some things about a game. Breeeding is the most complex and time consuming part of the game you HAVE to optimize. And you made it much clearer, thank you sir!
Only been playing Palworld for a few days and was curious about what was discussed in this video. There is so much content out there, but this was about the best I have come across. Thank you! Subscribed right away and am off to watch your other Palworld videos.
In a pinch for honey, you can put katress in the party for bonus item drops and go to hypocrite hill to slaughter cinnamoths. Also varwyrm crys is a dark ice so it doesn't need to sleep, great for keeping the fridge cool over night. Adter patch if you put multiple campfires together the heat stacks together so no need for heater. Also breed a good stat cryolinx as it's relatively easy to get and can breed most endgame pals
I have been searching for a good breeding guide for a while now and this is by far the best one I’ve seen thank you for just getting to the point and giving everything we need to know for max production
One thing to note is that SAN is irrelevant for Ranch pals because their SAN doesn't drop while using the ranch, so basically they never drop in SAN. The lowest I've seen a ranch pal in like 98 and I've been ranching / cooked berrying for like 3 weeks. They simply don't drop in SAN.
15:40 I hatch my pals upstairs just fine. your breeding farm here is outside the circle, which means the pals will NOT produce eggs when nobody is at the base, and they will teleport to the palbox when you arrive
@unclemumble could you do a video on the tier list of pals? I know it would take a lot of work but judging by your production quality it would be the ‘be all end all’ video to palworld :)
🎂 Loved it thank you. I had similar designs in mind but there are some useful tips here to do with the boarders of the base and AI pathing interactions
I'm new to this game, but if all my info is correct, you can now breed legendary flame emperor Jormuntide Ignis. Start by breeding Jetragon with Suzaku to get legend suzaku, then breed Suzaku with Jormuntide to get legend Suzaku aqua, then breed that with Blazamut to get legendary flame emperor blazamut. Now breed this Blazamut with Foxsparks to get a legendary flame emperor blazehowl, then breed that with Jormuntide to get legendary flame emperor Jormuntide Ignis. From what i can see around breeding mechanics this will go easiest getting to Blazehowl with just flame emporor and Legend, and Jormuntide with just Serenity and Musclehead, that way you breed to eliminate unwanted traits by only two trait breeders, which have a decebt chance to hatch. Edit; also, you can use campfires to heat incubators without kindling pals.
wow, simply amazing guide and glad you are able to put in the time and effort of researching these topics while being able to concisely explain how to maximize efficiency. Hats off to you
Very helpful video, I hope you make more guides in the future, maybe some quick ones, those 3 are great but I'm sure took a lot of your time. I have a question, maybe with your experience you can help me, I have a coal base in the desert and I want to ask you if the base work(pals and all) if I'm gone in another base? How the chunk loader works? Because I feel like they do nothing, not 100% of the time but half of the time, they just go to work when I'm teleporting there. Another question about coal and ores in general, how can I facilitate the spawn rate, I good to mess with the days and nights time or doesn't work? Thanks again.
When breeding pals, once you learn about IV for your fighting pals you're fucked. Took me around 500 pals bred to get all 3 IVs at 100 + the 4 traits I wanted. I understand it is a hidden value to not overwhelm new players but I wish you could enable it in some setting instead of having to install a mod to see those values.
i built a base at 109, -325 and its NEVER been raided. dont know why, but i sure as hell dont complain. flat land, hardly anything there so it makes a great place for a large main. also its not to very far from starting spawn so that's a nice bonus as well
How is your base so huge!? my base space has just enough space for 1 breeding branch. I was going to find another spot for a purely breeding base and have 4 of them there alone so i can come back and collect 4 eggs at a time so i can do the level rank ups from condensing fast.
End game gold farm for me is selling salad. A stack of 9999 salad sells for nearly 1.2 million gold. I never have to make ammo except rocket launcher ammo. I can get a stack of salad in about 4 hours of just letting my max star lyleens and Fjordmuntides and a few gatherer workers do their thing. All i got to do is go to the oven a few times and queue up a few thousand salads for my george formuntide ignis the grill master max stars with artisan, work slave and serious to cook fast af.
Sheesh seems i learned today that my egg rng wasnt that bad after all 80 eggs just for that?!?! LUL my perf jormuntide with legend took 110 eggs and i thought that was the most horrible rng ever xD
I bred 30 perfect Anusises and for that I had to breed like 300 hundred eggs, I think that inter specie breeding is better and a good couple of breeding pals begin to fail on passing the good passives after 10--15 good pals were born
They need to make the level four characters smaller. For example level 4 watering pal is Jurmintide. He gets stuck constantly! The level 3 one is not much better!
Just copy your base foundation it feels majestic, I made some adjustments with the breeder position thou, I just put it near the palbox instead for easier cake & breeding palplacement
For the life of me I cannot get swift breeding Jetdragons. What do you recommend the passives be? Put ALL legendries on one and as little as possible on the other?
Don't think spoiling matters in any way at all, like unless your farm is so bad it makes one item every 10-20 minutes it's not needed in any way at all.
Do you think it would be worthwhile to have a base dedicated to food production for your party and other bases rather than having to produce food at every base?
i swear they did something to the talent swapping when breeding first week it was kinda easy to pool traits into babies but now it seems way more random
I've seen a video where someone did the math and ranches with Mozzarina/Chikipi are never worth it. Even at rank 4, you'd be much better off farming berries, cooking them and selling them to buy eggs/milk. It's twice as much gold per hour per pal slot, and that's with rank 0 lyleens/jormuntides with no passives.
Fascinating I'll have to try this and see how it fares. I may amend this to recommend honey production only. I was personally already doing almost exclusive honey production with limited eggs
Awesome video. Amazing quailty, thank you. Could you possibly go a bit more in depth in the 1-4 star part. I accidentally leveled multiple pals to 1 star are you saying this reduces the number for the next ranks?
Going 1 star on 4 pals you plan to use in your ranches will be easier than using 1 4 star simply because it takes way less pals to get the same output from them. What you won't want to do is accidentally use those when trying to go to 2 stars as it will still only count as 1 pal instead of 5 (4 condensed plus the original). If you have limited ranch space you'll probably want to try and level less pals but level them higher, maybe 2 or 3 star. Hope this makes sense and helps
Was the video made before the Philanthropist trait (+100% breed speed) or it was used as example when watching breeding speeds? I guess it would hinder the trait selection process even if it sped up the breeding time though.
So bee passives dont matter at all for a honey making bee? Ive gone for Swift, Artisan, Workaholic and Diet Lover. Finally bred a male bee after about 100 tries.
If you could fix/improve one thing in Palworld what would it be?

1 star level 4 mozzarina makes enough milk for 3 star level 0 chikipi's worth of eggs for cake. I'm now in the process oh leveling my chikipi's. I already have 2, 4 star mozzarinas. You really need them specially for making pizza. Pizza is an EXCELLANT food for your base pals, regardless of job.
🎂 thank you for the great video, have a like and a sub.
i think that i will just go with the drowning in money route.
Well at the time of your comment the video was only out for one hour 😂
@@Blender3DProjectsi think nuttly did not mean just this one video 😂
I agree,100%
Some people like to learn for themselves . Before guides people
Played games and had to learn everything via the experience.
Quality over quantity here for sure. Best palworld guides on the tube
What helped me the most was learning to turn down exp rate to lowest so that parents with dark wisp didnt end up leveling up and getting new skills that could possibly be passed on
@@Lebronscome that’s exactly what I did. Turned down XP so the parents didn’t grow up to fast 👍🏼
After seeing this video idk how I feel about 14 of what I thought were perfect mining base anubis: legend (atk to influence mining), artisan (for handiwork), swift and runner (for gathering). 😢
I didn't think about that sanity/ eating passive thing on grazers. Good idea thank you
Appropriately named. An absolute Masterclass and likely the best guide out there.
Yo I took so many screenshots from this video lol thanks, lots of great info in this video 👍🏼
Amazing! Great guide!
I like to place my Breeding Farms in clusters of 3. Rotating the 2nd one 90 degrees and the 3rd one 180 degrees, so that they form a triangle and the cake deposit boxes are as close to each other as possible.
I like to use wooden floors above where the eggs are laid, and above my storage chests, so I can quickly identify where I need to aim my grapple gun when overweight 🤣
You can align your palbox on a 2x2 foundation square, so that you can surround the 2x2 with triangle walls.
🎂
I think the borkt nail to gold ratio got fixed, is that recommendation still preferred?
damn a series of great guides overall, i followed your ore base and slingshotting guides and have found pretty solid success 🎂
Pro tip: a pals Cooling level does in fact affect how well a refrigerator or cooler box works, I believe it's 100 minutes every level, so a Frostalion (level 4) have 400min decay timer on food, while a Chillet (level 1) has a 100 minute timer :)
Oh, hell yes. I've been using the base from your base video and it is perfection. Can't wait to see what you have for me on breeding.
Hi Uncle Mumble ❤
I’ve been setting up my bases for resources for a breeding base as my third one. This will help me out greatly. Thank you. 👍🏽
I would also really like this
Will definitely give it some thought!
Im late to palworld game and only just started but this video is exactly what i needed to know, thank you. Time to start a new game save :p
I understand it is a hidden value to not overwhelm new players but I wish you could enable it in some setting instead of having to install a mod to see those values.
i built a base at 109, -325 and its NEVER been raided. dont know why, but i sure as hell dont complain. flat land, hardly anything there so it makes a great place for a large main. also its not to very far from starting spawn so that's a nice bonus as well
THank you? Chickens just need partner level not the artisan perk? NICE I should have way more high lvl chicks
🎂 Dude, you're a life saver, everything I needed to know all in one place! Thanks a bunch
Hey, guys! don't you know that in terms of a male pal♂️ and female pal♀️ breeding? Well, you know the rest.
Hangyu is obviously not as good as killamari as a glider in your base cause it raises you too high and it takes a long time for you to drop back down.
For the life of me I cannot get swift breeding Jetdragons. What do you recommend the passives be? Put ALL legendries on one and as little as possible on the other?
I've never thought i would see the day you'd sweat on breeding on a game, tho it's fuckin educational also. Great jod dude keep it up 😊
Add nocturnal + work speeds now for near 24/7 farming no more sleeping required :D
I arrived at a pretty similar looking base design, but I have 2 breeding farms on floor 3 with a pal condenser
Don't think spoiling matters in any way at all, like unless your farm is so bad it makes one item every 10-20 minutes it's not needed in any way at all.
I build a wood defence wall around my breeding pen, with a wooden gate at the front. I find this stops the AI disappearing.
just curious if anyone knows... is it possible to get shiny/luckies from breeding?
Hi! I can't seem to rediscover the coordinate for the base you mentioned, where it has vast flat space. can you share it?
Do you think it would be worthwhile to have a base dedicated to food production for your party and other bases rather than having to produce food at every base?
thanks a lot for entering anubussy into my brain folds
Hey now. My industrial and dubious ethics breeding operation is on the second floor, by definition, it is not underground 😏
Nail price shot massively nerfed, it's not a viable money maker now
Since they nerfed nail value to 20g, is there another item you suggest selling instead?
By far the channel with the highest quality palworld content I've seen
i swear they did something to the talent swapping when breeding first week it was kinda easy to pool traits into babies but now it seems way more random
I had two breeding pens with the same pals in them one of the pals had artisan and it did produce eggs faster than the other :)
Breeding is too broken I’m level 20 have basically all the endgame pals
I've seen a video where someone did the math and ranches with Mozzarina/Chikipi are never worth it. Even at rank 4, you'd be much better off farming berries, cooking them and selling them to buy eggs/milk. It's twice as much gold per hour per pal slot, and that's with rank 0 lyleens/jormuntides with no passives.
Fascinating I'll have to try this and see how it fares. I may amend this to recommend honey production only. I was personally already doing almost exclusive honey production with limited eggs
what are the coordinates? didn't see in video unless i completely glossed over it
Wasn’t sure I had the right browser tab open with that title.
@@maximegallant5953 yeah this was before the second wave of traits were added to the game so optimal breeding strats changed a bit!
How does Workaholic match up against Diet Lover?
Artisan Conceited pals/humans make amazing ammosmiths. Js.
can you give a recommendation for a farm base location? (plz)
11:58 wtf even your mining base is in the same spot as me and I built the same platform as you have there
how is you breeding farm all the way on the right working? the line is through the eggs.
I gave up breeding when i discovered PalEdit. Now I just play the game.
So bee passives dont matter at all for a honey making bee?
Ive gone for Swift, Artisan, Workaholic and Diet Lover.
Finally bred a male bee after about 100 tries.
