Hi, I miss Mig's lectures videos etc. I could watch them for hours. Maybe your channel can upload once a while some 45 min videos from lectures? For example how to paint with transarator will be a nice subject - I bought one but I do not know the ratio etc. :) Best wishes!

A trasparator? Wonderful! Now I only need a flux capacitor and Delorean...

Is this any different than acrylic glaze medium? Despite the answer, a transparency/translucency product is a must-have in the pallet box.

This stuff looks a lot like Airbrush Medium (made by most art house brands like Golden and Liquitex and very similar to Vallejo's old "Thinner Medium" - all are white in color. It's even closer to Golden's Airbrush Extender which acts like a thinner and can be used in very high percentage along with Golden Fluid Acrylics or (even better) Golden High Flow. Airbrush Extender would be rather like a wash. A lot of paint related materials are cousins, but that doesn't mean twins. I'd have to try the stuff. It might be good for a thinning mix to use Vallejo Model Color (very like Gold Fluid Acrylics in thickness) - as Ive got maybe sixty bottles of Model Color, I may try a bottle.

Same effect can be gained by adding future to the paint .

I have tried so many ways to get this to work through my airbrush but keep getting the same problems with it ...it just pools erratically as if there is silicon on the plastic ...I have adjusted mix levels - tried on different base coats - different plastic etc etc - air pressures etc just not worked for me - I will stick with alternatives I think - in my opinion the least successful Mig product for me ... or I may have a dodgy batch - emailed the company but no reply or helpful tips ...hmmm!

I bought this and I'm finding it has a milky color rather than being transparent. So far I'm not impressed.

You add it to paint to make it more translucent, it isn’t transparent on its own nor is it meant to be used on its own.
