The guy is sleeping with other women (including Kayla) and is emotionally stringing Morgan along. That’s a cheater. He mega gaslighted her during the call. Cheater.
Even if nothing is going on, when you're with someone that you have something great with, you have to protect it at all costs. That includes ensuring the perception is not there that any infidelity could be occuring. He should still be caring and sensitive to her feelings. And for God's sake, still make her feel like a priority when you're away on a trip! 🤦 Morgan, I'd let him go. Whether he cheated or not, he wasn't very sensitive to your needs or feelings. He's coming across as rude and narcissistic. Let him go!
Look at it this way. A little pressure from him, in an obvious way, takes the control from her in demanding reasonable behaviour from him. He excuses that by having a justification - old fam friend. He gets to use trust so gf backs off, gaslighting her to think it's HER trust in question, when it's obviously his.
I swear, I've heard the story about a ski trip and a family friend soo many times (it even happened to one of my closest friends). It seems to be just as common as the boss hooking up with the young hot secretary. Nonetheless, I think he has feelings for this girl. Look at how he gaslight his wife at the end.
If you don't know where the relationship stands in 8 months then it's going nowhere.
She should go on her own trip with family friends. On Valentine’s Day :)

Jeremy's right if you don't have trust you don't have anything.
He doesn’t need to take her with him. It’s not that serious.
