Wooden spoon triggers are by far my favorite and I'm soso glad you started doing them, you seem like such a genuinely nice person and that's what makes your ASMR so calm and comforting, almost nostalgic in a way :) if you could do more regular ASMR videos with tapping it would be amazing! It’s yoghurt with walnut and black rice in it :) the picture on the front is of a walnut and the flavour is listed underneath the walnut picture as ‘黑米 + 核桃’ ( or Hēi mǐ + Hétáo) which in English means black rice+walnut ^v^
There’s little bits in it. And yeah yogurt has a smooth creamy texture but a lot of yogurt will have little add ins like freeze dried strawberries or in this case walnuts
