Spear is the most op melee weapon, it’s just too strong and fast for a 2 handed and has the best reach in game I believe. Try a build with it and expensive one
@@MrRawrgers It's preparation. Every game based on DnD and virtually every progression rpg game has potions to buff with. Whether you agree or not it's a skill to use potions at the right time. I see so many people even now, just neglect using blue pots because they aren't thinking about it. If anything this game needs more and more ways to express skill and experience. If they don't want every fight to just be a gear check we need as many ways to gain an advantage as possible in a given situation so that the skill ceiling goes higher and people always feel like they could've done something better in a fight rather than just feel like they were doomed from the start. If you're worried about people chugging 10 potions then they can just add a potion sickness mechanic which prevents people from drinking potions too fast, maybe they can only drink a potion every 3-5 seconds.

@@floofyboi2520 If you want to play a traditional battle royale where every match you enter, everyone is on an equal playing field with equal risk and there is no grind towards anything that affects your gameplay... then play fortnite. In this game, there is risk vs reward and an actual grind to get things to risk, it annoys me to no end the incessant whining in this community. So much so that I stopped creating content for it and despite being a moderator for the game, I've all but abandoned it completely. At one point some months ago I was consistently in the top 100, because I not only understood the essence of the game but cherished it. I wanted to cultivate what it was, not bring equity to it. The adrenaline and excitement come exactly from the moments where you stand to gain a great deal in an unequal exchange, not when both players are in grey gear and there is no risk. It is when the hours of work, saving up for a gear set, planning ahead with the right amount of potions, bandages and strategies... it is when all that work meets the perfect moment and it is perfectly executed that the stars align and you feel as though it has all been worth it. Adding more layers of complexity and strategic ability can only provide more avenues to players to enhance and improve upon their strategies. That is my belief.
