Impacting Maryland: Fish Town Harper Road Project

The Fish Town - Harper Road Project (Phase I) is the first link originating from Southeastern Liberia in the Trans- African l Highway. The 66 km from Karloken to Harper and Harper to Cavalla Customs at the Cote d’Ivoire border was completed in November, 2019 with funding from the African Development Bank Group (African Development Fund (ADF), Nigerian Trust Fund (NTF), Fragile State Facility (FSF) and the Government of Liberia (GoL) through counterpart funding.
