I love how there’s no distracting music in this scene. Just rain and growls!
Definitely makes the scene more intense. I was on the edge of my seat after Ian said "Mommy is very angry". You could have heard a pin drop on the floor if it weren't for that rain. Then the adult T-Rex makes that appearance. Chilling.
Just like in the first movie. It feels like every movie in the franchise has a scene with a T. rex or building up to one with no music.

(Jurassic park)
Still working in movie 🎦 🧍🏾♂️🧍🏼♀️🧹🧹📽🍿🥤 [JP4]
I love how much more pragmatic Ian is in this movie as opposed to the snarky, carefree, shameless flirt he was in the first movie. The events of the first movie REALLY changed him.
Ian and John Hammond's characters both changed in the series because of the events from the first film. In this sequel, John did not want humans interfering with the animals which was completely the opposite of what he was like in the first movie. He went from capitalist to naturalist in just four years.
💯
This dude literally just said "mommy is very angry"
Ian was still snarky and cracking jokes but more as a way of coping with his PTSD
Alan Grant changed massively as well. Its a lovely feature of the franchise that isn't often brought to the forefront, but the character development across the franchise is insanely good.
Let's be honest, The Lost World Jurassic Park is easily the best sequel in the franchise.
But the first three movies are the best. I can watch them many times. The first one has this nostalgia when growing up how awesome and realistic the dinosaurs were portrayed. The new movies sucked.
@@jdos5643 I very much agree. Even Jurassic Park lll is way better than the whole Jurassic World trilogy. And that's pretty sad for me to say this. Because I really did like Jurassic World when it came out back in 2015 and I was looking forward to what happens next. When Fallen Kingdom came out, I thought it was ok. I was more intrigued with the ending. Battle At Big Rock is where it truly had me very hyped for Dominion. And when Dominion finally came out after waiting for four years, I seriously could not believe Colin Trevorrow made a movie so unbelievably bad, it honestly frustrated me because I had so much high hopes for this movie.
@@dereklopez9060 Is Dominion worth watching? I haven't seen it yet.
@@DeathofSteel-gt9rk Not really, but I won't spoil the movie.

The fact that the rexes had to hold on their intrusive thoughts on pushing them off the cliff just to save their baby shows you how much intelligent these creatures are.

Imagine if the T. Rex's were having relationship trouble, but having their baby kidnapped was the kick they needed to revive it, so they put their petty squabbles aside and realise what's really important in life.

I imagine that scene up the high hide with Eddy and Kelly watching the tree's rustle as the Rex's approach the trucks were them bickering along the way there (they look like they werent in a hurry too so they were slowed down by their arguing lol)

The scene at 2:08-15 as the door is opening to let out the baby TRex showing the dada Buck TRex look at Sarah and then down at the baby to me looked so incredibly realistic that it gives me goosebumps every time I watch it. Best JP movie ever. So good to see the tamer parental side of a TRex dad and mom caring for their little one.
Yeah, mom and dad can both see the baby and hear the baby. They watch everything the humans do. They get the baby back and see he’s ok, but still have to f them up as examples.

This film is so underrated
Why do T rexes like tossing cars off cliffs so much?😂
Because later in the movie they said that they have now chosen this place as their new territory. That' s why they kept attacking everyone, they are protecting their young.
They're like cats, love knocking things over :)
At first I thought when they give the baby back all would be well. But then I remember the age old proverb: “Screw with someone’s family and that family will come back to screw you 100x harder.”
Absolutly Corect!
my God, when the baby T-Rex was screaming at the top of his lungs for an hour in the jungle, the parents didn’t even think of coming, and when people took the baby and, in addition, they put a muzzle on him in the van, then they immediately showed up.
That first growl from 0:25 to 0:27 always gives me chills
Who let 🦕 out
It was like a surprise growl followed by a roar to make its presence known
At 0:07 Ian’s like”Now What is going on?”
Nick’s like”What the hell is that noise?”
Sara’s like”Was that the car?”
Well it was the car but i guess she wasn’t expecting it to go careening over the cliff
Sarah Harding : knows that t-rex has good sense of smell
also her : proceeds through the story wearing 'bloody-stained-clothes'
"Hang on, this is gonna be bad.." such an underrated line 🤣
The high hide was the best choice anyone made in this movie.

This and the tall grass scene are the best in the movie
The final scene with the dinos being left alone was great too.

Awesome video thanks so much for sharing! I remember in 1997 they ran an advert on TV when the VHS came out. They showed a clos up of one of the Trex roaring...... my grandfather was sitting next to me and he just said "Wow if one of those things bit you they would leave a lot of holes in you!"
Memories😌
I had that VHS too as a kid
"don't mess with a T.Rexs baby" don't you mean don't mess with a baby dinosaur at all?
Wasn't that the point of the movie? Because it'll come to San Francisco, kill a bunch of people, then go home on a cruise.
(Joking)
Some dinosaur parents are more protective than others. Sarupods for instance have all the parental instincts of a sea turtle; They bury their eggs and move on, letting the hundreds of babies fend for themselves.
Amazing that EVERYTHING in this video was actually there, in front of the camera.
This is EXACTLY what it looked like to the actors themselves.
They were a bit silly parking at the edge of a cliff with T Rex’s knocking about
Yh I mean even tho they’re just animals and wanted their son back, even if they didn’t take the baby to help it, it’s still a dumb idea to parks there she should know these things are curious creatures that think nothing is their predator
I don’t think they knew they were in Tyrannosaurus territory. After all, they’re going to this island completely blind about everything except they are dinosaurs
This is FAMILY and loving parents ;)
I enjoyed all the movies in the Jurassic franchise and I loved the Lost world Jurassic park and especially this scene and I’ve had good memories of the lost world.
This film was the last good Jurassic Park film before greedy executives took over.
Why do I find the Tyrannosaurus family so adorable!? 🥰😍😘
are you out of your mind tyrannosaurus rexes are one of the most dangerous dinosaurs in the planet
Tyrannosaurus are one of the most powerful and most dangerous dinosaurs in the world

The dad was the first one they saw and the second lighter one was it’s mom

My mother and I watch this movie. After they released the baby to return to its parents, until they knocked this vehicle 3:20. My mother asked, “I don’t get it. Why are they doing it?”
I answered, “Because they’re dinosaurs. They used their killer instinct. They don’t care who they are. They want to eat them.”
I always thought the reason was the baby being injured and the mommy being in a rage due to that.
@@swaminathanbalakrishnan1399little did mom knew she attacked the wrong humans, cos Sarah and Nick rescued the baby and tried to heal him
