RECIPE - Vermicelli 500g - Cooking oil for deep frying - 400g ground pork - 5 cups of water + 5 tbsp annatto seeds - 1 medium onion, diced - 4-5 cloves garlic, minced - 3 or more tbsp. Tinapa Flakes - 1 pc. Shrimp Cube - 1/2 cup cornstarch + 1 cup water (pour little by little to achieve desired thickness of sauce) - Salt or Patis (Fish Sauce) to taste water - Black Pepper Topping Options - Hard boiled eggs - Green Onions, thinly sliced - Crispy Garlic - Cooked Small Shrimp - Calamansi - Crushed Chicharon
