I dunno why everyone is making such a fuss about the picture, I don't see anything wrong with it. Just listen to the song, it's great, don't worry about the picture. So the waist can not rotate independently from the hip. The change should be more gradual. if you were to center the image, her stomach would be angled toward the viewer's ear, not perpendicular to the line of sight. i.e. her torso twists.

However, most human beings require that their bones not defy the laws of physics. If you can make your belly button point 90 away from your legs, put it on youtube and become famous.
