Nice overview. At 10:30 the cell goes from naive to mature. I would say it goes from naive to non naive for clarity because in other places they call a naive cell already mature.

this got me quite confused.... in where i come from we identify what you call " maturation" as " differentiation" since we say that the B lymphocyte that arrives at the lymph node is allready mature, but it is naive... and it will suffer differentiation into " activated, or non naive"
