Hi Yuko. I understand that running a website takes a lot of time and energy, but the benefit is that it will always be yours while platforms may come and go. Also, you don't have to upload your patterns on Ravelry if you don't feel comfortable with doing so. There are other social platforms for pattern designers. I use Ravelry largely for looking up yarn information to see if it is worth buying and keeping track of my stash. These are just my two cents. Thank you so much for your hard work and generosity.
Thank you for your comment and suggestion. After you told me about Ravelry, I thought about it. I have their account for a long time, but never really used it. I've been thinking about my website last 3 months, because I just can't have any time to do anything for my website. And it's not cheap to keep it. My sick husband and my sick puppy needs my help a lot, so this was a good time to change it. I don't want to quit knitting and helping some knitters, because I love what I'm doing for my stress :) Anyway, thank you again. Some people may not be able to get my pattern, but I will post it in my description box as usual, so it should be OK (I hope)! Anyway, thanks again, and let's enjoy knitting!
