Great JOB MANEY LOFT's there really showing the strengths now, ill look forward to ur next round of youngsters to come to the race loft, see u in the next1, DUBLIN IRELAND
Another great vid Kurt, the birds are now exploring further away and fly higher than they did in their first few flights. The good thing is your area is quite a big open space...this somehow gives them very little chance to land on nearby neighbour houses, tall buildings like you see them in a more densely populated suburbs.(like your current house) This gives them more chance in fact to fly longer as well even when they head back to the loft they have to make extra efforts to return. It's looking good, like you and others said...give them another week I'm sure you can start some short distance training and build that up gradually...Noice :-)
You should definitely breed that Adam Archer hen, as she’s a great flyer and could mix the colours up a bit. Keep up the great work as you’ve bred some amazing pigeons, great kit loft.👍
Excellent video great content and you are doing great there's been a great improvement in their flight as well and it's all your hard work and patience touch wood ,and Beef cake is a beautiful bird just hoping he does well hats off
Hi Mate, I'd give it another week or so and they need a couple of SHORT tosses, couple of miles or so they have all had the same opportunity from you to fly and get used to their surroundings and THEY ALL know how to trap very well. They need to start playing the game with you. Good decision with the barless hen, couple more may need to go but want to see the black and white hen and feral fly back from short / distance. Soon as I typed this you said exactly what I was thinking talking about feral and the black and white hen !! Uncanny... thanks mate.
Try taping a large black garbage bag on the pole and bag the lazy ones into shape it always worked for me I've been flying pigeons in Brooklyn New York for 40 years and I live in the mecca of pigeon flying Bushwick Brookly. We call it the pigeon wars here we fly hundreds at a time more than 50 lofts the sky is lit up with stocks rolling out all over the place .. have fun with them pigeons saved my life from the mean street of Brooklyn.. FRANKIE DIAMONDS LOFT.
Beefcake? Wow i like one of those pigeons..... Let me check! Yeah i also had Beefcake pigeons less than 9😢 but the one with the bar are more in mine house, they are about (bar) less than 20. Love your pigeons kurt! 😘❤️❤️❤️All of them (Beefcake & bar&tiger grizzle)
And just sell those barless splits they will keep pulling them down just sell em there completely useless at this point you have your barless and you just need to keep breading your best lines generation after generation
Hi Kurt starting to go a lot better now . I would keep them in that loft together and I would not put the youngsters at home into them. I would bring the small loft from home and put those youngsters into that one 2 reasns. The first reason is they will hold the others back the second reason is that when you put younger birds in the loft in a reasonable number they have a tendency to get ill. It also alters the harmony in the loft. There's just about the correct number of birds in there now. If you upset the balance you will have a fly away .
im going to have to move them in there but my numbers are nearly done ill just have to take it slower and try fly them seperate until the younger ones catch up, still need the other loft to house the breeders :(
Not bad only a few young racers,I figure you will breed some more for 2021 season.Nice black pied hen.I have some great black pied pigeons also.Ohh don,t toss them yet mate, you will only insult your birds with short 3 to 5 klms tosses. Its a waste of time.wait till a month before before race season.

I like how your chickens seem to follow you around.

Your doing good Maney 👍 keep it up, beef cake is a STAR 🌟 👌. GODBLESS YOU Maney.
I appreciate that
You need a spring hinge for your doors so that it will close behind you. Probably one on a light door like that would work.
do you normally wear sun glasses it might be spooking them
Nice vedio
I learnt a lot from your vedio

What is your Facebook link and Facebook group links
im not using it much these days so busy with making videos :P
If you want they fly so far try to stay away from the loft cause they see you
Why don't you take them on a toss all together and see them all come back then you know they are flying how you want them
do you think they are ready they have not been out very long
@@ManeyPigeons yes that's what they will need just start of at 5 miles and work them up to 50
