If I may ask a couple of questions, looking at the stern, which direction does the prop turn? Also, what is the prop diameter?

I am happy to answer your questions.
The diameter of the propeller is 30 millimeters and is left-handed for forward driving.

@@DerbyClaas Thanks Herr! I have a older ki NIB I been slowly working on. My prop shaft is 1/8", not glued to the hull yet, so moving to a 3mm not a issue. I am going to use a 385 5 pole motor.
