Years ago when working at a theme park, I was in awe when the customers wouldn’t even put their soda cups and food trash in a very emptied receptacle, even with big openings on all 4 sides, instead, leaving it sitting right on the top! Fewer and fewer people are considering others. Golden Rule come back!
They do have a bailer, but this construction company put a large trailer in the way so we couldn't get to the compactor so it's a temporary thing until the construction thing is done. That happens a lot of construction companies don't think about trash pickup when Thay set up their stuff
if they want to fill all the way to the top like that & cant read fine them over fill bill if they say they not going to pay then tell them dont over fill it
