- Hey everyone! We finally started Ad Astra in this episode and I still feel as much joy tinkering around with this mod now as I did when I first played it. I can't wait to head to more planets and discover all of the other fun things it has to offer but for now....enjoy the first episode of me goobin around in my rocket.

ad astra adds an enchantment for your helmet that lets you wear your better armor. you will need atleast one oxygen tank in your inventory tho. there is also a heat enchantment aswell but you need stuff from venus for that one.
Ohh I completely forgot about those! Thank you for reminding me because it'll be nice to wear my normal gear. :3
i might be remembering wrong, but i think there mihgt be a launch pad in the landing pod inventory, i believe you right click in it and there might be one in it....i cant remember if it was a mod pack or a preveous version......hope its still in ^.^
Yeah that's what it said in 1.19 I believe which is what I was confused about especially since it was never there. lol

Do you have any use for mysterious scrap at this level? I’m picking up metric buttloads of the stuff, and I’d like to make sure my assessment of it as worthless is correct before I trash the stuff.

@@Creothina Bottom tier apotheosis rarity material. It’s good for upgrading bottom tier gems, but I mostly turn those into gem dust. It was sometimes useful for cheap reforging when xp was at a premium, but with my auto-spawner over 2000 levels, cheap isn’t really an issue. So the scrap metal just accumulates.
Mekanism tanks have a 'bucket mode' where if you crouch+scroll, it will act like a bucket that just holds 16 inventories. More, if you get into mekanism and upgrade them
Ender Tanks aren't the best "tanks" - they move liquids (and gases?) between dimensions and distances so they're usually good for sending something from a quarry or farm in some other dimension to your main storage. Like a wireless pipe.
If you take a Lunarian to the overworld they just turn into a regular ol' villager :)
My first journey to the moon ... I had no idea how to slow down my rocket so it exploded instead of landing ... on my second trip to the moon the landing was successful ... however when launching to return to earth, I accidentally ejected myself during liftoff trying to take a screenshot ... and watched my rocket leave without me ...
the oil I used in ad astra came from a lake near my base ... and it looked exactly like the one you filled in with calcite ... lol...pretty sure that was the same type of oil as the stuff you scooped out of the ocean ... but I bet it was way more satisfying to clean up some nasty oil spills in the ocean than to just scoop up a nearby lake of oil
I believe it didnt say you would get a launch pad in skies I remember when I played it
If Interested, Make a Teru Teru Bozu from botania and feed it a sunflower and the rain will stop :) All you need is 8 mana string. Teru Teru is cute too :)

For the void heart or whatever it’s name is I’m terrible with names and words it’s best to use a contaminant spell on the big guys in the sunken city and iron books and spell is a great way to clear mobs but it’s best to use higher level spells
The heart of the sea? Yeah I put one of the sunken temple brutes in a jar and I have the drygmies farming him now. I'll be showing it next episode. :D
if you don’t mind me asking, what kind of graphics card do you use? i am currently building my own PC and it seems like you can run ATM9 really good! that is what i plan on primarily playing, so i wanted to get a good idea of what to get.
All of my PC specs are in the channel description but my GPU is the AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT. Good performance comes down to a lot of factors not just the graphics card so always keep that in mind. :D
