  • I use Orajet 3651 RA for my printed stickers and I laminate them with Oraguard 210 Semi-Gloss laminating film. I also print in different medias and also use Oraguard Gloss and Matte. So when I print a batch of stickers, I often have to change the roll of laminate that is loaded in my Royal Sovereign Sigmont 65H laminator. Here is how I do it.

Can you do a video on the rear slitters? I can’t get mine low enough to cut consistently

I have not used mine so I don't even know how to use those! Maybe when my printer tech comes next, I'll have him show me how to do it and after I get some practice, I'll make another video.

Try removing the take up bar and it wont take up

That is a good idea and if I had a safe place to store it, I'll do that!

You need a guard on there. I was cringing watching you about to laminate your fingers.

Don't need guards if you know what you're doing

The laminator won't start unless I push the pedal with my foot and if for some reason, I accidentally step on it, there is a sensor that will stop the rollers if something is in the way. A great safety feature but a pain when sometimes the media lifts up.

Plus, I don't even turn it on until I am ready to load the job.
