- Toyota launched the first locally assembled hybrid Toyota Corolla Cross.
The Toyota Corolla Cross hybrid has a 1.8-liter, 4-cylinder engine and a CV transmission. It can generate 72 KV of power with 142 N-m torque. However, the battery power is 53 KV, and the torque is 163 N-m, which gives a combined fuel average of 27.6 Km/L.
All of the character lines are concentrated to highlight the bonnet's overall front appearance, with the front grill being the most prominent feature due to its elevated position above the ground. The front of the cross has a distinctive blue DRL that creates a striking contrast between grey and blue. It also features parking sensors, high-beam, and low-beam projectors, and LED fog lamps.
With its curved lines, horizontal taillights, shark fin antenna, brake lights, top-mounted spoiler, and rear wiper, the rear profile of this SUV is rather comparable to that of other SUVs. On the other hand, the Toyota Corolla Cross batching emphasizes the top-line variant's 1.8 X Hybrid badge.
Although this crossover's orientation is quite similar to the 12th generation Corolla, it features a distinctive interior that combines piano black and terra rosa red to instantly offer you a luxury feeling. Access to cruise control, media controls, dual-zone driving modes, traction control, safety, BSM, rear cross-traffic alert, parking sensors, seven airbags, ABS, and EBD is made possible by its infotainment panel and sophisticated cluster.
