Yes you can but you should have 13 years of education to apply in public universities.

Yes you can do but yadi you are qualified for dabish uni then I prefer to wait because maile vanna khojeko kura tya bata bujhnu nae hunna if you want to just come..but then yaha aayera you will realize why i am saying you should wait.ani denmark ma double masters allowed xaina

It is enough to apply but is not guaranteed as you don't know about other applicants and seats are limited.
