Yes you were wrong 😄, but I’m happy that you were, it’s a beautiful banknote and it completes the series. The big question now is will the other banks of Scotland and the Northern Ireland banks also issue the 100 pound note? Would love to know, my guess is yes. And this next message is to the Bank of England, please issue a 100 pound note !! 😊

We will have to wait and see. Naturally, the opposite of what I say will happen so I predict there will be no new 100 pound notes :D

What I though was unusual is that they decided to put a person on the reverse, all the others have bridges and structures, nothing against the person on the note, I think it’s very important people like her are remembered In such a great way.

Lovely note. I’m just not the biggest fan of polymer! For me they don’t feel right in the hand, and they also don’t have the all the important ‘smell’.

I know what you mean. I was of the same opinion but polymer has been winning me over in recent years. I just hope that polymer doesn't completely replace cotton paper.

Hello Themoneyman, thank you for another amazing video. So the Scottish banknotes follow the same colour scheme of the English ones while the Northern Irish not, right? Any specific reason for that kind of choice? Would you like to have a Bank of England 100 Poubds banknote? Greetings from Germany

Jock currency is not Legal Tender and if Scotland ever got independence from England then Scotland would not have a currency, they are not all that bright up there in the north.
