And it was their first full English song. It was Dynamite that introduced me to BTS, so this song holds a special place in my heart.
What I love about BTS is that they are not afraid to make all kinds of music. They don’t always stick to one genre. They have something for everyone. This song is a feel good pop song that was great to hear during the heart of the pandemic. Even my dogs dance to this song. 😆 💜💜

So much of their hip hop tracks are straight 90’s too 💜 This one was also very specifically a nod to Michael Jackson. The trademark kicks and hip thrusts, Jin straight up moonwalked on that basketball court, and Jimins moves near the beginning. All MJ shit. The live MMA performance was fire. Jimin wore the MJ jacket and the dance break was on a whole other level. Love seein y’all vibing to their stuff and really analyzing it because they put in so. Much. Work. 💜💜💜

This song is good. but i feel like it's much better after you've seen what they're capable of then coming back to it versus the first introduction to BTS. So they were preparing a new mini album while they couldn't be touring (their last big album was released in Feb 21st 2020 so ofc they weren't gonna release anything else that year). They were trying to cheer ARMY up and they def. did!!!
