Guys Bond make between atoms such as H-----Cl and Intermolecular forces are weak and make between Molecules Such as H----Cl- - -H-----Cl So Because Hydrogen is 1.2 and Chlorine is 3.5 Then Cl catch itself to Hydrogen And after Hydrogen Partial+ and Chlorine become Partial-

nice lectures sir but sir hydrogen bonding is not a special type of dipole dipole interaction these are collectively van der waals forces hydrogen bond will always be in between H atom of one molecule and the most electronegative element of another molecule,,, eg O, N, F
