They also have a vegan food line that I have not tried. Dave Ramsey says going meatless two times a week will save money, so that is what we are doing! Ps all your meals looks so yummy!

Japan! Because I'm a huge nerd and their food is amazing. And they're very hospitable so asking them to make slight changes for your meal at inn's etc is relatively easy. Sharlainjapan is vegan and she has a lot of traveling videos where you can see that they make vegan meals for her when she asks. And it all looks delicious!
I tried the pot pie yesterday and the curry today. The curry was my favorite, it was so flavorful! For veggies I used carrots, potatoes, yellow bell pepper, yellow onion, snap peas, and spinach (because that's what I had on hand). And I did add about a tablespoon of coconut sugar at the end. Served it over basmati rice. I'll definitely be making it a regular part of our meal rotation, it was so quick and simple to make! The pot pie was good too, though I found it a bit bland at the end. Once I sprinkled it with salt and pepper though, it tasted good. I was very impressed with the biscuits - they turned out very similar to non-vegan biscuits.
My boyfriend and I are going backpacking this summer and my top three destinations are Lisbon, Portugal, Budapest, and Barcelona! SoOOOooOoooOOoo excited to get to travel and hit as many places as I can!
I used to love chicken pot pie so after I went vegetarian thats the one meal I missed. I will definitely be trying your veggie version of it! It looks amazing!
