4:40 I think you are incorrect here. Nov 24 attempt students are required to give only Set A and B before appearing in exam. Set C and D are exempt. Please recheck

examination. How will I continue the course?
Ans: Since you have passed Group-II of Final Examination, you would have already undergone
Advanced ICITSS. You will be required to appear in Group-I of Final Examination under the
New Scheme of Education and Training. You would be exempted to qualify Self-Paced Online
Modules SET B, SET C and SET D. You can apply for membership after
•Passing Group-I of Final Examination,
•Passing Self-Paced Module SET A, and
•Completion of balance period of Practical Training, if any.

The Exemption of SET C and/or SET D is forever TILL YOU CLEAR CA FINAL for those old scheme both intermediate group pass students... (but as you said till MAY 24 is WRONG)
But new scheme inter (with 6papers ) for them this exemption not applicable...
If in old scheme inter pass one Group then in new scheme pass another group then either SET C or SET D ...

As per Transition,page no. 11, Point 7, For those who already writing the final exams in existing scheme but not clear on Nov 23 , for them only the SET A and SET B allow to write after MAY 24 exams...
If point 7 , people fail in May 24 attempt then have to clear SET A and SET B first, to eligible for NOV 24 exams
I was completed both groups of ca inter(8 papers).then which self paced modules are applicable for me (I'm not registered for ca final as my attempt comes in May 2025)??

Sir, I have given May23 exam and due to some family circumstances planned to skip Nov23 exam. So will I get the exemption of Set C and D modules? And also Can I give Set A & Set B after my May 24 exams?
If you are i ca final already then you need to give A and B only
You already are exempt from C n D
For CA FINAL registered & appearing students, SET C & SET D of self paced modules will be exempted for you irrespective of 7 or 8 papers in your ca ipcc or inter respectively.

I am doing decentlt well in job but since i saw your video on CA new course i am thinking to appear for Final May 24. I have not done IT and OTT as same were not there at that time. Is the self pace online exam ? And why they telling there is no negative marking, does that mean the paper is completely MCQ based?

only section A is applicable to us. I am also 2nd group of ca final is cleared. those who havnt cleared either of group of CA final has to appear Section A & B.

You would have completed 8 papers right? So you will be exempted from set c and d. Answering your next question sopm set a and b shall be attempted after clearing final may 24 before apply membership. If you don't clear may 24 then you have to clear them before attempting nov 24

You belongs to point 5, so you have to pass SET A and B , then eligible for MAY 24

Someone cleared PE II in 2007, 1st Group of Final in 2012. Appeared in 2nd group for numerous attempts but couldn't clear it. What about him? Would the 1st group lapse?

If u have started ur articleship before 30june,2021 ,then your attempt due is nov23. U can also give may 24 attempt in new scheme . See 7:57
And yes u have to give only set A and set B.
Sir if in case I don't pass group in Nov 2023 examination then in that case will you provide the video lecs of new chapters like
1) Companies Incorporated outside India
2) The LLP Act
3) The FEMA Act
On TH-cam for free or we we have to purchase whole course again for these chapters as we will automatically be converted into new syllabus.

I had cleared my inter ca in 2005. Appeared for ca final but not cleared. Than due to some reason no able to attempt. Now i want to appear in may 2024 but i have not done IT N OT training . it was not there at that time so can i do training after clearing ca final or i have to do before appearing for exam.
