- Should we press charges for the damage he caused?
I was notified by Kansas City's city manager, Brian Platt, that a person in a white car was continuously coming to my parking lot and doing donuts and brodies outside of my building. As a result, there's several tire marks all across the lot that I'll have to take off, and I had to purchase some parking blocks to ensure it doesn't happen again.
What would you do if this was your property?

I understand your frustration with what amounts to vandalism/property damage. It is a bit galling that when caught/confronted the individual did not own up to it and offer to remediate the damage in some way. I donât think painting the entire deck is a solution, think a muratic acid solution and scrubbing will be more cost effective and then re-stripeâĶ maybe a rental tractor and pavement brush could speed things up
Wow, I really appreciate your input! It's so frustrating when people don't own up to their actions, right? ðĪ The muriatic acid solution sounds like a smart move-I'm definitely checking that out. Have any of you dealt with something similar? What worked for you? ðĪðŽ
@@TroyKearnsheâs absolutely right. This amounts to removal of the rubber on the surface. Iâm not sure about the muriatic acid here as it can leave bright yellow and green staining on some surfaces.
Lmfaooo thereâs still enough room for anyone to do that. And honestly I wouldnât really give a shit if it were me with the property people wanna have fun you take action once something is definitely damaged or something serious happens. Big deal
I would me him scrub and paint all of it
