Based on what said Max on the last video of his tekken journey, he asked Phi to teach him things to use on the go like he was playing on an arcade trying to steal quarters, which is different from how Phi normally coaches people. It was a fun adventure to watch on both Max and Phi side
I was rolling laughing when he said the hood Tekken joint, Walmart, black Friday Tekken,I just bought the game and I'm playing with my uncle joint no flexing boys 😂😂😂😂😂😂😭😭
Appreciated this one like all the vids big G, I was able to pick some things up from phi, but since finding your section of the internet g, I got old match ups that was killing me in a chokehold, as a Mishima player it feels good to be able to adapt to what the opponent is doing, I catch losses sure, but I can also beat most more than not. Grateful to all yall putting in positive around this dying game that I love💯💪🏾👊🏾stay blessed gang
yo don’t know how you feel about watching more of this but there’s a few more videos where you see phis coaching kind of adapt as max gets more comfortable with the character. He instead focuses more on aspects that happens during the match and on the fly situations that he can use against whoever he’s fighting. Plus it’s sick seeing max slowly get better.
@@fightinggm With your knowledge of the game and experience people will watch. Most common knowledge checks and how to counter them would get views. People don't lab in this game. Alisa chainsaw stance still destroys people.
Forced myself to switch to your Lee combo with B2s after launch and man did that make a crazy difference. Feel like they are always on the wall no matter where I’m at.
I can't wait to see the 3rd day of training. The 2nd day of training his fights looked WAY better. Its crazy how much coaching can do to someones performance.
12:50 I always pay attention to if and at what point your opponent skips his intro. If he presses on the first couple frames he's either tilted or a serial masher and will swing on round start. If he waits a bit then interrupts it then it could go either way but he will probably backdash first then maybe swing second round. Some what of a toss up. If he let's the whole intro play he will almost always default to back dash and try to whiff punish. Usually he will give you time to position yourself better if you cease the opportunity but don't whiff or swing. Not a hard science but just some trends I've noticed.
Tbh whether or not I skip the intro is what match in the set we are in or how many matches I've done that day cause it can get a little tiring seeing the same intros repeatedly.
@rx.78 understandable, I just look at the TH-cam video playing on my 2nd monitor while it plays. Can't get tired of it, if I'm not paying attention to it :D
@@fightinggmshit still hype tbh, since these days it's the talking about tekken 7 train, you could get mad views imo, I know I'd watch it just to see your reaction to the pop off, it's ham
10:38 I have a clip of me (186,818 prowess Fujin) in ranked fighting a Tekken God Devil Jin (278,943 prowess) using his Kishin pocket Jin. I've never been Tekken King...
@ I’m sure he does but his tekken 7 Lee was so cool that I would love to do see what he has to say about it! Even if he is reacting to footage from an old game Gm made a video showing tekken 5 a while ago so I don’t see why it can’t be done
There no point to teach people punishment and how to counter other characters ect when they don't know how to fully use there character. Max specifically asked him what moves should he be using and phidix told him. It's not that phidix doesn't teach this or that. Remember this is the first day of I think 4 days of 4 long sessions. How many lessons you expecting him to teach within one set? You need to relax. I think you are propably used to coaching bums who only pay 1 hour long sessions which is why you go ham with the information. I don't think you would be a good coach tbh with you.
Dude imaging making someone keep paying you and coming back over and over for lessons just cause u don't wanna give them all the information in 1 hour. 1 hour is a long time and enough to give everyone all the information they need. I'm not money hungry nor do I with hold information. Ask anyone I've coached and there will tell you the results they had with my coaching. Hell people that I didn't coach and watched my vids have said they ranked up just by watching my videos . So dunno why you come on here talking crap like this is sopposed to be a hateful video
@fightinggm dunno why your mad. It's just my opinion. Max asked for 4 days cos he has the money to pay for that and it's win win for both because they get content out of it. If hes booked for 4 days why would he try cram everything and he specifically asked what moves he should use.The stuff you told him he should teach him I'm sure a part of the coaching was spent on that punishment ect. Your critiquing he isn't teaching something that is not part the current lesson.
@flemin9k i wasn't wrong on anything I'm basing what I said from this video . I didn't watch every single coaching session so dunno why u getting at me for just having my analysis from this video
PhiDx taught me tekken when I didn’t know anything and now I’m Tekken King so shoutout him

I'd really like an anti-Alisa guide, that character has been terrorizing people.

Generic d4 was also -15 in 7 but it was -2 on hit, i still think generic d4 is one of if not THE best move in tekken 8 (armor and heat)
I disagree. It's launch punishable and heavier - on hit. I never use it too risky
