Thank You for your time to comment. I have worked to get the starter and bread to a point where it is consistent at the request of customers at the farmers market. It has been well accepted with customers, I'm glad you are pleased also. I have also made this using Chia egg as a dairy free recipe. Have you tried the Buckwheat version ? I think it has a great flavor also 🍞

Thank You for watching ... I use the starter because I like the challenge of using them verses "store bought". I suppose you could certainly use the dry or instant yeast to speed up the.process ... Leave us a comment about how it works for you ❤️

@@kimmnm4859 I'm sorry but I have not done a video about starting the starter as I have done it and just keep it as a dehydrated starter and remake it occasionally. I do however sell the dehydrated starter on eBay or if you want you may send me an email and I will sell it to you for $6.99 without eBay. I can send you an invoice using PayPal which you can pay with any card. Send me your address also if you elect to purchase. www.ebay.com/itm/124764936961?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=cy4EleApRaG&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=yW6DKs-FS4C&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Great video! I am pursuing a run of gf sourdough bread making too! Made my starter from wild yeast. My second loaf was better than my first, so I’m hoping as my starter matures, it will get better and better. Best wishes to you all! I also have goats, mine are Nubian dairy goats.

Thank You for the comment ... My starter is wild yeast also and I find that dryer is better when feeding. I do have the video about my starter that you may find helpful also ... Blessings

I have a huge bag of rice flour left from a failed home made teokkbaki project that I need to use and I am currently in the fad of making sourdough with a homemade starter, so I was wondering if you could make a sourdough bread using rice flour and sure enough you can! Thank you so much!

WTF baking powder? Why even bother with the sourdough starter 😂

I've had others question that also ... leave it out if you like ... It Bakes the Same - I've Done it
The Recipe also called for Vinegar ... I Think the Combination of the 2 is for People with a weak Sourdough Starter ... Mine is Very Strong so I Usually Leave them both out
