I’ve been in Destiny since the Beta and I still learned things from watching your content. I love this (and your Solar ones) and I hope you complete the lot and get some serious recognition for it
Boom, another show stopper of a video! This is the best Stasis breakdown I've ever seen. And even as a very experienced player I learned a whole bunch of useful information. Thank you!
Thank you for your time & effort. there's so many tutorials out now yet your's gets the point across so much better than most. (mavin, mactics, gsxr clyde (+ others) do a great job, i didnt want them to feel left out :) ) thanks again.
For real, tizzle, you’re a real mfr for putting this type of content out and helping your fellow guardians develop a stronger foundational understanding of this great game Thanks for all your hard work
Awesome, I've been excited for this subclass good sir! Also congrats, not only do you have me working on my first solo flawless (grasp) as I watch this, but you got me trying to get used to load out swapping... Didn't think I could manage it on an old console with slow internet, but I'm trying lol... Please keep the vids coming they are making a difference for us out here! I also appreciate that you show "not perfect runs" lol. It makes this whole level of destiny feel much more approachable. Good luck out there and have fun!
13:37 As of The Final Shape, the Stasis Overshield has been replaced with Frost Armor, a stackable damage resistance buff. I’d personally would added the bonus of “if an enemy damages you enough with Frost Armor it will Shatter and apply Slow in an area around you.”
Like, sub'd, shared elsewhere. This info is invaluable and the time and effort you put into it is much appreciated! Some important details covered here are non-intuitive. Nicely done!
How would i make a large one for tiants? Since their nit created on combatants but simoly destroying crystals? Also great vid i may okay A LOT of stasis but some things here were definetly new
I think a great buff to stasis would be to make freeze and stasis crystals last much longer in pve. Make crystals last for 3 minutes and make freeze 30 seconds. Something crazy high to really give stasis a more powerful niche. Early on when asked why bungie shipped stasis so overtuned in pvp, they said that they were worried that players wouldn't see any point in freezing or slowing when they could just do damage instead. Now our light and strand abilities do so much damage that freeze is obsolete for most activities and just acts as a delay between the ability and the shatter damage. IMO making freeze/crystals last a LOT longer would differentiate them from strand and light 3.0 way more, and stasis abilities need to do more damage at base, or at least have new abilities that don't apply verbs but do deal actual damage.
was expecting you to test amplified melee instead of ranged melees, like arc hunter combo and titan shoulder charge, maybe even explosive knife and smoke bomb(for some reason they get/used to work w 12p,idk anymore cus never used them but i remember somewhere in the datasheet stating it)
Little off subject, but I believe you'd have a concrete answer(s). Movement, the biggest skill gap in destiny (my opinion). Could we get a video on things like Spin dashing, L dash, jump spotting, back sliding, spin Dodge, head bouncing, strafe skating, well/shatter skating, snap skating, scroll jumping, stair scrolling, crouch spamming, bag strafe,ECT... Think a majority of us (D2 viewers) would appreciate a "Tutorial" in these skill checks. Thank you, hope you actually make a video on these things.
Arman GT has a movement guide that is better than anything I could ever make. All you need to know for PVE movement. Aside from skating but that is whatever and there are videos on that stuff already
If you're just getting into Stasis, please keep in mind that Stasis Crystals are physical objects. Please be careful about where you put them, since they can block more damage than they deliver.

I appreciate the scientific method you employ with your build crafting recommendations and explanations

I was hoping stasis was next. It’s my favorite subclass. You should do void next!
Thank you for your time & effort.

This is a fantastic series! Will be super helpful for my more casual friends who don’t understand all the subclass stuff
Loving the stasis artifact mods this season. Hoping at least the shard shatter damage will stick around for the future.

As someone coming back to destiny and trying to figure out build crafting.. I can’t thank you enough.
Stasis School (for me) commences! Yeh! GGs
You are a saint, man. You deserve way more subs, and I hope to see it one day.

Dang, I feel spoiled now. I was hyped for this series, but expected Stasis to be the last one you'd cover.

the radiant and chill clip interaction is strange because it still slows
This is so helpful, thank you!
