ESTE REGISTRO ES A BORDO DE UN X2000? ESTUVO BIEN LLUVIOSO ☔ EL CLIMA, YA ESTOY A 40 MINUTOS DE GOTEMBURGO. GRACIAS POR COMPARTIR, SALUDOS DESDE CHILE 🇨🇱
No, just 200 km/h. There are no in Sweden allowed to go faster than 200 km/h. There is a number that does 200 km/h: * The X2 we're travelling with in this video (running services branded as "X2000"), * the X40 (a double decker), * the X55 (branded as "SJ3000"), * the X3 ("Arlanda Express" where Arlanda is Stockholms main Airport) all of those being EMUs. Then there's the "Snälltåget" services (loco+wagons trains being pulled by locos of class 118 or 193 with wagons certified for 200 km/h). Of the above, the X2 is the only one with tilting passenger wagons, thus being allowed higher speeds on curvy track section while upholding passenger comfort. On some services the X2 can be thus be a bit faster than the other EMUs. OTOH some of the "true EMUs" (with several of the units being powered) can accelerate faster than the X2 (which is somewhat of a loko-train/EMU hybrid with a separate, no passenger, power unit - essentially a loco). Other EMUs and trains in Sweden top out at 180 km/h (eg loco trains pulled by Rc or Rd locos and the X31K EMU) or 160 km/h (typically short haul commuter trains where higher speed does not pay off that much since the distance between stops are short). Freight trains tops out at anything between 80 km/h and 160km/h, depending a lot on train wheight and length and the nature of the cargo. Only freight train I know of doing 160 km/h are postal trains, and for others it's something like 80 to 120 km/h IIRC.
Thank you, but I look Swedish routes and cabviews. The videos from you are more beautiful as others! Thank you! And....winter vidoes are my favorites!😊

If you want to watch "fast", then search out videos where the French TGV is setting a speed record here on TH-cam. 😊
