Hi Sweet Amy - Texas Grandma friend here. On your question about routines, I worked for a large chemical company for 31 years. When I retired I was at lose ends for a while until I figured out I needed structure. I also let my housekeeper go when I retired because I thought doing my own housework would be good for me. So I have a morning routine and evening routine. I do a different weekly cleaning task each day and 15 min of zone cleaning each day. You are one person I usually comment on because you are so dear to me for some reason. Wish I had exercised regularly when I was a young mother like you. Keep it up through the years and you will be so glad. Be blessed little girl.

Right now my morning routine is centered around getting my kids situated for the day, but I know that will change soon and I will be able to get back into my morning cleaning and workout routines.I love these videos! I know it was so tiring in this video for you to be running in your exercise routine and then to run back and get the camera set it up again and then run some more and run back again. That is a lot. My morning routine usually consist of putting the dishes up from the dish washer. Adding a load of laundry to be wash and getting my youngest child school lunch pack. From there we are off to school and ready to start the day.

With 3 kids who are 15m, 3 and 4 years old, a morning cleaning routine is so necessary, otherwise it gets out of hand so quickly! While kids are eating breakfast I put away the dishes from the night before, make beds, put a load of washing on, and do a quick vacuum around with the stick dyson. That sets me off on the right foot for the day! :)

I try to do what I can in the mornings before I go to work, straighten up in the afternoons before i go to bed but Saturdays are my main cleaning day. Love your videos!

I didn't get a chance to comment when I watched this video the other day but it motivated me to get up and get started with my day. I went to the gym, came home and got my cleaning done and then ran my errands. It felt so good to get everything done that day.
LOVE your videos. So motivating. I have a daily chore list I stick to, so that way by the end of the week the whole house has been thoroughly cleaned. its usually only about 45 minutes to an hour a day is all. Years ago I use to run our dishwasher at night but then something broke, causing the water to not turn off & I woke up to a flooded house. Now I only run a quick rinse cycle after dinner & run a wash cycle during the day when I'm home. ~Samantha

I've been trying to have a *real* morning routine! Right now it's a mad scramble to get sleepy kiddos out the door! I loved your try-on! I mostly shop for clothes at Walmart when I get groceries, so I love seeing cute clothes to look for next time I'm there.

I picked up the same flannels a few weeks back. Love them! I guess my routine is I do laundry everyday! My roombas run Mon-Wed-Fri, I mop every Wednesday and change all sheets on Thursday. It's not the best schedule but running a small business from home it's what I can manage.

I love watching these older videos while waiting for new uploads. After my normal, day to day cleaning, they make me want to clean even more. So I'm like oh well, let me go clean out this bathroom closet that has been needing it forever or let's go clean out under the sink that needs cleaned out too lol! Very motivating. I'm a stay at home mom too and sometimes we get so tired of the same day to day things, we just try to make it to bed time 😂 But after finding your channel, I feel like I get a lot more done in a day and the house is looking so much better.

Your washer looks similar to mine, I would be interested to see how you clean it! Like where the soap/softener drawer is and around the top of the drum.
I do have a routine but it’s not a normal one because of everyone else’s schedule. My husband works nights so I try to do quiet things when I first get up, like laundry which is in the garage, I will straighten up the house as quietly as I can, and I always have a 15-30 minute “me” time before I do anything. I will also go pick up groceries, put gas in the cars, or even run by bank if needed. Getting that stuff out of the way early is a huge help for me. As soon as my husband gets up I make the bed, if I don’t it will bug me all day. Then I move on to washing dishes by hand and putting them in dishwasher to dry. I don’t run the dishwasher every often, maybe once a week. Unless we have a special occasion meal.
